Information You Submit
A search form sends the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. When you contact us, we receive the details placed in the message and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. We review combined traffic data to maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where they apply.
How the Information Is Used
The limited information supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to Hamilton County and Tennessee offices, court portals, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy terms. The same is true for sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That May Receive Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data already described. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Since there are no user accounts, we hold no site password or account profile for you.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if a person under 18 submitted such information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Rights
The Tennessee Information Protection Act, Tenn. Code Ann. ยงยง 47-18-3301 et seq., may give authenticated consumers rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain covered data and to opt out of certain sale, targeted-advertising, or profiling uses. Its scope and exemptions apply. We can search our contact mailbox and logs when a request reaches us. Use the Contact page. Government records held by Chattanooga, Hamilton County, or Tennessee remain under the custodian's control, and this statute does not erase them.
